Aquatic Programs
We offer a variety of aquatic programs that are aimed at catering for all members of the community. Some of the programs we include are:
Public Swimming
At our Earnshaw location there is public access for lap swimming or just cooling off. We welcome anyone to come and splash with us at Earnshaw State College Pool.
Swimming Programs
The swimming programs provided by Qualified cater for infants to adults, beginners to competitive. Currently our programs operate out of school pools and anyone in the community is welcome to book into one of these programs.
Aquatic Fitness, Sports and Activities
At Qualified we recognize that not all members of the community want to “swim” however many like to maintain their fitness within the aquatic environment. We offer programs such as aqua aerobics and swimfit classes. As part of our community program we have established partnership with other aquatic sports and activities such as scuba diving. We are looking to increase this partnership with waterpolo, underwater hockey, outrigging and canoe polo in providing pool space for them to train or conduct their competitions.
Junior Lifeguard Program
The Junior Lifeguard Program offers a unique aquatic alternative for those who love the water, who want to be challenged and who want more than just lessons. The Junior Lifeguard Program provides opportunities for children to keep interested and active in aquatics, especially quick learners and those caught between levels and programs. It's a fantastic opportunity to further develop swimming skills at the same time as developing new and challenging lifesaving skills.

Specialised Group Programs
Qualified offers a number of specialize group programs such our Aqua Bub Home Program. The purpose of these programs is to provide more specialised attention to participants in the area of concern. These programs also included private lessons for children and adults either at one of our pool locations or in backyard pools.
Regional Community Programs
At Qualified we recognise the shortage of qualified swimming instructors and need for aquatic programs in regional Queensland. We have established sustainable and working partnerships with a number of regional communities and are always looking to help more.

Partnership Swimming Programs
Qualified works in partnership with the following swimming programs. We provide learn-to-swim or coaching staff for their swimming programs. The purpose of this partnership is to provide swimming programs with quality staff that are participating in continual training and professional development through the Qualified Staff Training Program. We also offer the service of relief staffing which is becoming an increasingly difficult issue within the aquatic industry.
